B-vitamins reduce stress at work .


Increasing the consumption of vitamin B may significantly reduce work-related stress, a new study shows.


Australian researchers conducted a clinical study, volunteers were divided into two parts. One group was given three months of the B-vitamin supplements in large doses, the second group received a placebo during the same period.
